Quest Issue: Bondl Felligan, shaman epic first step

went and got the "tiny gem" from a lesser spirit, then went to North Freeport to turn in the gem and talk to the greater spirit.
After doing the turn in Bondl doesn't move or say anything else, but when I tell him "you can buy booze" he says the proper line of "very well follow me" but the greater spirit never spawns and he never moves from his spot.

yeah, this is bugged out for some reason. I suggest getting another tiny gem and going back to freeport and just kill him then wait for the respawn and turn in and it should be fine.

he should be an easy kill if you're over 55, and like a 6 minute respawn.

Seems to still be broken, did the turnin and sat there for a while, didn't move, spirit didn't spawn
