Default Solo spots for a chanter

Hey all. My chanter is 25. From reading a few threads here it sounds like charming doesn't work very well until 35-37+. What are some solo spots I could go to using my pet?

I think sister island in oot starts becoming viable at this level? I would just use regular pet. And you are right, I did not start charming until 29.

Maybe try Hermit in SK hut. He drops fine steel about a 1/3 of the time.

You're an enchanter. Everywhere is your solo spot.

Charm becomes viable the level you get your first charm spell.

At 25 try Aviaks/Centaurs in SK or mobs at the Mill in Lake of ill Omen.

Don't keep the charmed mob as a pet..Ive seen chanters do this and its stupid..
Charm your mob..have it attack something...just before one or the other dies..hide/invis, root as necessary and kill both mobs..rinse repeat
You should be able to kill 6-8ish mobs per bar of mana.

edit--don't use beguile till charm does not work ..saves a lot of mana

If done right you will never want to group again..Id recommend finding a druid or shaman to duo with..outdoors with a druid partner you will be unstoppable, and can lvl almost nonstop.

Doesn't that require a sizeable amount of CHA gear? Charming naked at level 12 seems really unreliable
