Newly installed game... problems... plz help

Just installed the game (fresh install of titanium) and downloaded EQEMU.

Installed EQ EMU and have it running on "Run as admin". (Windows 7, 64 Bit System)

Intel Core i7-3610QM Processor, 16GB RAM, NVIDIA GT 650M

PROBLEM:

When I select the server in EQ EMU, and it finishes downloading server files it minimizes and starting the game. All I can see is a black screen and my EQ mouse pointer which I can move.... but nothing more... Have to alt+tab to get back out to windows...

Any suggestions?

And btw, what is the name of the Ui that so many uses on the server?? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] I love it

Having same problem today, but was playing fine about a month ago. Not sure what to do...Anyone have any advice to give?

Actually, I found out part of the problem. I have my laptop connected to an external LED Monitor through HDMI to have two screens... Like browsing the net on one of the screen while playing on the other... But When I have the 2th monitor connected through HDMI the game goes black.... cant see shit, only hear sounds....

When I start the game without the connected secondary monitor its all normal and working on the main monitor of my notebook....


Why is this?? Lame... Want to play on my 24 LED monitor, and not on the small 17 notebook monitor ;(
