Can Human Cleric worship Innoruuk?

Is deity alone enough for a Human to complete the quest for the snare neck?

Also, i understand Wis softcap is easy to reach....
Where should points be dumped upon creation?

Yes, a Human Cleric can choose Innoruuk as deity.

Turning in one note from Saxarivza moved faction with clerics guild from dubious to amiable.

You'll have faction issues as you try to talk and do turn-ins at the caster guild in Neriak Commons with Razran F'Lok. He paths through the building so go up the stairs to the top of the building while he is basically standing on top of the turn-in npc. Then path around the roof of the building while he walks back down the stairs to do your turn in and jump off the building or repeat to get back downstairs.

In Neriak Foreign Quarter you are fine with the Ogre Merchants but KoS to the Ogre Guards (Basher XXX)
