Moe's Taverne down for 24 hours

Hey guys! I am trying to help my brother set up an account, but he can't download the launcher. Moe's Taverne has been down for quite a while, so I suppose I was wondering if anyone had an alternate route I can take. I am aware of the right click on "play" method, but the problem is getting him the launcher in the first place.
