NPC Spawn Issue: McNeal Jocub- South Qeynos

This is the NPC for the moonstone followup to gnoll fangs in Qeynos and is amazing for boosting faction

He isn't in his spot in the back of his bar though.

I know he paths out to the main area of the bar but he isn't there either.

Searched for a good while but I'm quite certain he should be in the bar.
