how so? people need a license to drive a car, why shouldnt they need one to raise a child? are you going to tell me that raising a kid is easier than driving a car? i dont believe that breeding is everyone's "right" a person should have to earn the right to experience the joys of being a parent. and they should have to prove that they are responsible enough to bring that child into this world. if anything that would at least cut down on the lazy ass welfare bitches that just spit out kids and collect their gov'ment checks
