Old school graphics?

Recently I switched to Windows 8 so I had to reinstall titanium and such. I have noticed the graphics I am seeing aren't the classic ones completely. For example, in Mistmoore the graves say different things than they did when I was still running Vista. I seem to remember I saw a post about how to alter the files or something in order to get the classic look. I ran the Duxa installer, that didn't work though. Any suggestions?
