Default Lashun Novashine

From P99 Wiki and generally widely known fact:

Quote:
Hand Lashun Novashine 2 Gold.
Lashun Novashine says 'Thank you for the donation to the Temple of Life. May Rodcet Nife cleanse your body of all ills.'
Your faction standing with Priests of Life got better.
Your faction standing with Knights of Thunder got better.
Your faction standing with Guards of Qeynos got better.
Your faction standing with Antonius Bayle got better.
Your faction standing with Bloodsabers got worse.
Currently, handing Lashun Novashine 1 gold will result in EXP and faction.

If you kill her and spawn her fresh, does she still accept 1gp?

My understanding was that if you hand her 500gp (or any amount over 2gp), then the extra gp stays on the mob as MQ-able coin, so handing in 1 more gold completes the mq until that stockpile runs out. I seem to recall when the supply ran out you could tell because 1gp wouldn't give you the quest anymore. It also seemed fairly common for people to leave a few hundred gold in her MQ stash.

Edit: I typed all this and then realized it was basically exactly what Handull said. Woops. Anyway. I agree with Handul.

This is wrong, and from doing faction on several chars, I think I have found the cause.

If you give Lashun a whole bunch of gold, he saves it up. If you then go to him and hand him 1 copper, 1 silver, anything, you will get the quest exp. When you get it, Lashun seems to deduct the normal 2 gold from his inventory. You can do this until Lashun is out of the gold originally given to him. This is very handy to save clicking; you give him a buttload of gold, and then you save yourself a whole lot of time by handing him 1 copper at a time afterwards. But you're not saving money.

To test this I killed Lashun and tried handing him copper, and he correctly did nothing. I tried other amounts, got nothing. I killed him 3 times over and never got a thing I wasn't supposed to. I'm convinced it is caused by someone handing him a bunch of gold and him saving it (until it is used up).

Working as intended as far as I know. That is how money mqs worked.

If evidence is found that suggests otherwise let me know.
