Orange Super Prez theatened to move US troops out of Germany and that only milked a 3% increase out of them and it was still below 2% which is what they are supposed to be paying. We call that a DEADBEAT brah when you don't pay your commitments.
The only thing that actually got Germany to pay 2% was Russia's invasion of Ukraine and that still remains to be seen. Not Obama whining about it like a bunch of Presidents before him did as well.
