i dont think dark brandon is as cool or smart as he thinks he is --- the problem and this is the issue is that the chips running secure servers and services needed to be made in america but cheep shit consumer products continue be made for walmart in china (tho this is also evil and wrong)
so it's a case of 'doing the right hting on paper to look good' with likely idiotic results i dont think china will die also they may just get russia hooked on cheep chips and russia might actually be able to field a modern weapons platform again some day
