You know of someone looting one with a cast time and named "Circlet of Shadows" (plural) instead of "Circlet of Shadow" (Singular)? If so that would confirm that the instacast version no longer drops.

I have seen the 2 diff versions in game... one is all races and the other (nerfed) just shows the races that can be sk/nec.

garbage. That was supposed to be June 2001 patch. *sigh*

Not related to this specifically, but I advise people to be very careful when buying their CoS as it seems some are trying to sell the nerfed version as if it were the pre-nerfed CoS. Least going by p99auctions.

So a reminder, the pre-nerfed version(insta click) is called Circlet of Shadow whereas the nerfed version is called Circlet of ShadowS.
