Sorry wonkie, but Baler says you need to pay to listen to Rogan discuss white genocide whether you like it or not.

Haha what the hell are either of you talking about? How is anything in that paragraph untrue? Negative rights and the state, what? He's saying liberals pretend they aren't censoring people when they are, and that they don't understand what free speech protects, which they don't.

"Hey bro this isn't censorship, I'm not putting you in jail or anything, I'm just seeing to it that your audience is reduced from millions to zero." is a paper thin excuse, in other words. Lawyerese it all you want.

Libs need to drop the act that they totes support free speech, it's just that they have a million exceptions to it. You clearly don't believe in it, you clearly think you have the moral authority to relieve other people of the responsibility of hearing what they might hear and deciding for themselves if it's credible. You're not everyone's mom and dad. This is why people are calling you authoritarian lunatics. Nobody on the right wants left wing media personalities kicked off the air or deprived of their audience, even though they think their ideas are batshit insane and actively harmful. What an interesting asymmetry between the sides.

a censor is a Roman magistrate tasked with administrating morality and conduct within the Roman citizenry. State.

So, what is your point? Do you always have to post in code?

Biden's AG wants big tech to nuke rogan. I'm a citizen. I want to hear what his guests have to say. Biden's AG doesn't think I should. But, somehow, I should not feel as if censorship is occuring. That'd just be silly.

It would be censorship if the State was doing it. It isn't.

How much of that substack did you read? Biden's AG wants rogan censored. It's unconstitutional for the state to impose censorship in a roundabout way by pressuring a private company to ban speech that they wouldn't be able to legally ban themselves.

So yes, dems are counting on the fact that hopefully by some miracle of legal technicality, they aren't "pressuring" anyone.

Statements like "social media companies need to step up and stop the spread of misinformation on their platforms" coming from the state are not "pressure", technically, you see.

He can have an opinion, just like anyone else. Let me know if and when he acts on it with force of law.

And none btw! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Ctrl F garland has no results?
