It would be an interesting experiment if police stopped responding to all dispatch calls for a year so they could let the general population get a taste of what real violence is and why police are needed. I don't take textual communication seriously as i did as a kid anymore for this reason. It has no legitimacy to it outside just military coms type use, it isn't a form of communication that has any form of defense protecting it, and is fragile for that reason, too serious of a topic gets a bit cringe eventually because it is impossible to communicate the nuance topics, it is too new, while we have laws that protect speech in freedom of speech etc (or at least some of us do..)

uhm Byue...i'd argue that we don't actually like our politicians in the USA in general we're all voting for a giant douche or a turd sandwich and we all know it.
The winner is generally the one that collects the most money from the upper class wealthy people. The one that can control the news stations in narrative to throw as much shade on the other as they can dig up. Also the one that can suppress the shade that's being thrown onto them by putting their thumb on the news to not cover those stories and that information.

Biden isn't popular, no body watches his speeches. They don't show up to his events. The only people that went to his inauguration were the national guard that were forced there and a few reporters from news outlets.

Also there was literally a article printed in time mag that spelt out how they "fortified" the election to the point where it would be impossible for Biden to loose.

Also I'm not a Trump guy, but he is 100% better then what's in there right now IMO. Trump was the only president in 30 years to stand up against China's CCP theft of technology and try to fight back on it. Which is mostly why I was ok with him.
