You can get a red light bulb off Amazon for like $20 and use that, Reiwa. I’d look up the best wavelength to stay above for the light to penetrate as far as possible through skin

I would recommend for the sake of science taking a blood test before, use it every day for 15-20 minutes for a month, then a blood test after at the same time of day. See if your level changed. It probably won’t much, but you never know

Red light therapy is useful for healing scars, any skin issues, and there’s a lot of testimonials that it helps with joint issues and muscle soreness as well

That's great, I'm not a Marxist and there's far better forms of criticism of Marxism than materialism by itself
