The intent will be to keep the sinners safe and contained in order to minimize harm. Like in prisons and sterilized.. It won't be to kill tho. However I doubt that the sinners will give us much choice however. Especially when they can't or don't want to perform their assignments and duties. Or when they want to go ahead and eat pork and have extramarital sex. Etc. Be unclean. Do drugs instead of attending prayer. Etc etc. They'll resist when they get rounded up. Putting themselves and others in danger. And we'll have to choose between letting them harm themselves and others with murder or doing the lords work and stopping them right then and there.
