How about mortgage? The banks are the supplier in this drug war.

That's really the entity that we need to shut down. These banks are too powerful and all we have to show for it after a 50 year experiment is insane evaluations for Facebook and Uber.

We need to go back to the old days where people were polite and you could hit a wo

I mean you could afford a house.

I don’t, but it’s very true

I tell my wife to get ready for something 4 hours in advance

(She’s technically Azeri but Iranian so it’s culturally indistinguishable)

I used to run a franchised business, it didn't work out and the advertising cut was deep. Wrapping my car was a far more effective form of advertising, but this was before smartphones. Wasn't a restaurant though I have worked in many in the past. Working in a restaurant should be part of a standard public education curriculum.

I understand franchises to be small businesses.

Am I wrong?

There's a place called Rumi's, a small chain with three locations around Atlanta and one in DC. That's my favorite Persian place.

Circa 1886 is where we went after our wedding in Charleston, delicious lowcountry food.

Wehemia for Ethiopian food.

Two Urban Licks for generic fancy Americanish

For cheap stuff, we frequently get korean fried chicken at a few different places. Or Popeye's. Or subs at Publix.
