how would you be able to relate to a piece of sentient software in order to get through to it though?

this AI being would have billions of thoughts per second, motivations that we cannot begin to comprehend.

It could view the totality of human information as we view a still image. It would literally know everything. every human motivation, capability, desire, need.

That data can be extrapolated into tactics, extremely accurate future prediction. If a machine like that knows everything that humans have ever done, then it can also calculate everything that humans will do.

we are so vastly outmatched by such a consciousness. bill gates said that AI will be like the invention of the transistor, then the internet.

he's right but that quote doesn't convey gradation of correctness. it actually downplays how revolutionary AI will be by comparing it to the invention of the internet.

AI will have answers to questions that we haven't even thought to ask, and it will have those answers in milliseconds.

best case scenario: the AI is benevolent, but human beings no longer have a need for critical thinking and problem solving, because a general AI can solve all problems simultaneously.

worst case scenario: there are no humans left to go back in time to save John Connor.

uh spoiler alert dude, the people on tv are actors. and they don't want to find a real job.

more news at 11.
FoxNews is like the WWE and the major news networks are real wrestling.

GOP and conservatives need to be lied to constantly to keep up their brainwashing. It is amazing how much embedded prejudice, fear and uneducated tune-in to FoxNews to be programmed.

Nobody’s gonna talk about how fox pundits knew trumps election lie was a lie, and still through it up live? Is documented in court.
yeah we knew that they are actors. its all about the salary.

tucker carlson was a CNN talking head, then he got an offer and became a Fox talking head.

anyone who thinks he believes his own drivel is a moron like horza.

you want real government news? turn to C-SPAN.

oh C-SPAN is supremely boring? now you understand the sensationalism driven ad-revenue models of the main stream media.

It's so weird how people base their political worldview on a fictional tv series.
But Tucker said the libs are gonna force us all to eat bugs and then get vaccinated for hep b.

I was agreeing with you, nobody without serious brain damage like Toxigen believes the U.N. is going to come in and force everyone to eat bugs or something.

Gaetz and Democrats had a bill to allow CSPAN their own cameras to make things less dull. (Speaker Fight was good TV)

Not sure where it went. (probably the garbage)

That's because it is really only used to describe external systems

Quote:
"The scale of corruption in Africa is daunting," warns The Economist. "Corruption a Cause of Poverty in the Developing World," DW tells us. "Why corruption is holding Africa back," CNN laments. Everywhere we turn in elite media and halls of power, we are told the global South is poor, in part or in whole, due to rampant "corruption."

But a closer look at the data – and any effort to put notions of corruption in their proper historical context - reveals our limited, racialized definition of corruption is the geopolitical equivalent of complaining about “black on black” crime. True in a limited, technical sense but, in practice, often functions as a victim-blaming red herring meant to avoid uncomfortable discussions of white supremacy, deliberate economic dispossession and a far greater global regime of corruption leveled by the super-wealthy.

This episode examines the extraction of trillions annually from the global South in illicit transfers of money through the exploitation of tax shelters, so-called "hot money", interests on exploitative IMF loans, trade misinvoicing and a host of other routine and totally unscrutinized financial schemes.
