NPC Spawn Issue: batlings in warrens should be aggressive

http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=6839 and http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/npc.html?id=7668 suggest that the batling creatures in the warrens zone should be aggressive, even when green con (similar to the undead that aggro regardless of level). Currently, they con indifferent, and aren't even kos.
