Just took this pic today, it's what 6 years of working out will do for ya...I was super skinny when I started (125 lbs, I'm 205 now):

Yea, haha..it's just what 6 years of working out will do for ya...as long as you workout hard every other day and do a light workout inbetween you can keep it up (of course you gotta make sure you keep enough protein in your body). The hardest part is getting started, but if I can do it anyone can; i would have never imagined i would be this big.

I've changed up my eating in the last year or so, but a typical day looks like this:

Breakfast: 1 Boost Hi-Protein shake (all flavors are good), 1 20+ gram protein bar (Snickers Marathon, Pure Protein, Builder's, etc), 1 cup of Yogurt, and something random (could be a bowl of cereal, eggs, or a 10 gram protein bar); sometimes I eat more for breakfast...I can eat for breakfast what most people eat in a week lol.

Snack 1: Protein bar (Nature Valley - 10 grams of protein)

Lunch: Probably my worst meal; my lunches are the most unhealthy meal I eat. An example is some baked chips, a PBJ, and a can of soup....usually try to get the higher protein ones. Sometimes ill toss in a salad or I'll eat baby carrots instead of chips, etc.

Snack 2: Another protein bar, or I will eat something else...I never eat normal snacks though. I aim for high protein stuff, like peanuts, jerky, certain cereals, etc.

Dinner: I try to eat something along the lines of chicken breast or fish, cooked in the oven with some spices...2 vegetables. This is the meal I will cheat sometimes on

That's pretty much what I eat...I also use a creatine mix and whey protein supplements. I get all my food and the creatine/whey protein from Wal-Mart, lol. If you were to add all the protein up it would total around 200 grams a day, which is what I am happy with.

Also most of my research from lifting and eating is thanks to the Sherdog forums (http://www.sherdog.net/forums/). Although a lot of sherdoggers there shy away from arm exercises (lots of power lifters there)...I chose to ignore their jelly talk of avoiding arm exercises...my arms are huge now and it's a huge confidence booster. I can probably outbench most of them on there as well, so other than that, they got good advice.

you only need to be that big if you're nubstomping punks irl. or bouncing niteclubs and looking for some shifty hot ass on the side I guess. I like bears, not hunks personally. but whatever floats yer boat
