Generally I don't really buy Alla dates as high-quality evidence because it may have taken quite some time for items to enter their database, but with something like an upgraded quest reward I think they would likely be on the ball. The fact that Elethia's links are all so tightly compressed (within one month) backs that up even further.

It appears that some older zones were updated with Tuesday's patch. It also appears that some Plane of Air quests have had their rewards modified. Here's a taster...
