yester eve was good gains. i did legs and biceps, switching to lower reps heavier weight

then i ate a hamburger and half a dish of mac n cheese, 2 whiskey sodas at a party, came home and ate ice cream and chocolate

I'm confident that you are packing enough inches to support the appearance of big legs along with a wide taut thick oblique wall.

skarlorns post has scientific basis the legs are the most anabolic part of the human body. aggressive anabolism will take place in skarlorns legs this evening as a result of food.

if all the human muscle groups were as anabolic as the legs then nobody would need to digest supplemental androgens to get their dream bod.

Above posts not only highly correct about my physique (powerful legs are incredibly aesthetic) but also woke on the science of min maxing your anabolic exercises are o produce Xtra hormones

Humans are natural persistance predators and runners. Competative eaters are known to have leg days before a competition as it is the best way to build a calorific deficit. A lot of ladies are waking up to the fact that strength training their lower half is the best way to convert their fat arse into a phat ass!

yeah if you're a woman and you aren't doing any lower body training in 2018 you're probably not of dating age

2i've worked so much this past 2 months i am experiencing acute depression now that the crazy project is over

the gym is the only that that makes me truly happy
