![]() Took my mom on a 9.5 mile hike on the shoulder of Mt Hood today. 3k elevation gain and BOY DID I FEEL GEWD up in the subalpine layer.
I feel like a totally different body than 6 months ago after a year of surgery. The goal physique is not yet achieved but I'm running at very high fitness and endurance. I'll be passing my beginner kendo test this Sunday. After that I'm going to set some short term weight goals at the gym. Yummy dick dude no homo | ||

![]() Giving up drinking for 3 months. Gonna lose this last 5-10 lbs
Been doing the plank challenge during July. 2 minutes at a time is kicking my ass. 5 minutes will be damn near impossible I think

![]() i resumed exercising this week and am woefully unfit (but NOT overweight). basically my cardiovascular system is poop. good news though is my ankle is pretty good now, but still working on strengthening it and my foot.
I recently experience ginger beer + jagermeister, which is chicken delicious together . Goes well with cider too. | ||

![]() My strong lifts is going great, I started light for good form, and have progressed to my bodyweight in my DL. I haven't gained any weight yet but I can notice a little bit of extra muscle, so I could be losing some of the late 20s beer fat I accumulated
