How about this guy from the Raincaller quest who wants the fuzzlecutter formula 5000 for rogaine and gorilla and mermaid hair for a wig? He is feeling self conscious about his balding and has no friends. You have to agree to be his friend to get the fairie wing he stole to complete your raincaller quest.
