1. You can't levitate up to the ledge in the picture room. As an aside, nobody has been up there for like 8 months (since it was agreed to be disallowed).

2. You can levitate to the east wing at HS entrance without using the levitate trick.

Something I've seen TMO do in VP to get COH mage to the top of the picture room and in permafrost to get to Vox's lair from the alternate cave.

windowed mode:

character has a levitate buff

you click off the EQ screen

you click back to the EQ screen

your character is a little higher in the air than he was before.

apparently it is a big deal. TMO calls in pocket gm_003 to hassle a BDA raid force at Vox, moving characters down from the ledge, including characters that were already parked there from the last week Vox kill. I want to know if this is just one of those one time things that TMO and their enforcers get away with or if its a server wide written policy.
