Spells: Gnomes can't shrink!

I think gnome size is a small as you can get.

Small races can not shrink smaller.

Human races can shrink once.

Large races can shrink twice.

I think is how it should be working?

Gnomes, Dwarves, Halflings can't shrink
Elves can shrink once. Also Elemental Illusions I think.
Humans, barbs, erudites, Iksar can shrink twice, also skeleton illusion.
Ogres and Trolls can shrink three times.

Half elves can shrink x2... on live atleast hehe. Never shrunk in Classic because i didn't group much :/
