^ great evidence that you guys should be VERY careful considering what you read on ZAM / see on live given pvp changes. The spell system went through massive changes after Velious and bugs arose.
Meaning: if you see, "spell X can be dispelled" etc in a log... consult a certified Doctor of Classic EverQuest before submitting it as proof. | ||

It has a level cap of 55, because mobs have that level cap. However in classic, players were not affected by level caps on spells, so it should still have a chance of landing.
