Default P99 is not like classic and here is why

As a new player I have a few characters now, my highest being a 25 rogue.

As a new player it is retardedly hard to find a group.

East Commonlands is full of people soloing.

I went to Crushbone and the entire place was being camped by people Soloing.

Unrest is the first dungeon where I could actually count on getting a group in the evening.

You see, this server has been around for too long. Everyone is playing Alts with thousands of plat worth of gear and just soloing into their late teens or early 20's. This really fucking sucks for us new players.

Either start playing with other people or reset the damn server. Because this IS NOT HOW CLASSIC WAS. I have so many fond memories from Classic because people were so friendly and it was easy to find a group.

EDIT: Make sure to read the line in BOLD

How does joining 4 years ago classify you as a new player? I've been on the server off and on for 8 years and am a alt whore. I find no issue with finding groups. I even make my own with ease too! Take this to rants and flame where this cry baby crap belongs.

Not everyone owns a Fungi.

Maybe you're looking in the wrong zones.

No groups for a level 25 in EC or Crushbone. Unrest has...one camp for a level 25.

Go to Mistmoore, High Keep or Upper Guk.

You'll find plenty of groups there.

I prefer to solo(necro), but I get group/duo invites constantly. There are tons of people who would party up with you, be sure to turn LFG on.

Seems classic as fuck to me.

A In-era/classic server 9+months into velious there wouldn't be groups at the east commonland orc camp either.

That's funny because I remember the opposite. I started playing end of 1999 and into 2001 and I never had much trouble finding a group in the lowbie levels. And I DEFINITELY don't remember seeing this many twinks. I remember seeing my first twink back then and being amazed. Here on P99 Twinks are INFESTING the low level zones.

The most common response I get is "Sorry I AFK a lot, have to solo". I swear I have heard that about 10 times now. Well you sure couldn't solo if you were not a fucking twink so at least group and then when you have to AFK, say "I need to AFK for a couple minutes" It's not fucking rocket science.

I remember back in '99 my friend "twinked" out his DE Warrior with a full set of Bronze armor and an Axe of the Iron Back.

The whole neighborhood thought he was a badass.
