Banned?

So, I tried to log onto my account today and it says that my account has been banned? o.O Is there anyone I can talk to as to why my account would randomly be banned? or is this something that happens?

I'd agree if that was the case, but I wouldn't even know where to begin when it comes to 'ackin. So, like I asked, is there anyone I can talk to to find out why?

My brother and I are in the same house and wanted to play on this server together, but if I am logged on he gets a message saying "You are currently not allowed to log in to then server because this IP has a temporary block on it.
