Quest Issue: Stanos is BUGGED

as shown in screenshot, wrayvn had JUST popped stanos as i do general's pouch + cazic quill turn in, i then instantly recieve a ragebringer while still posses the jagged diamond dagger required to finish the epic properly.

now im aware no mq reimbursement even if in right order, but this is a straight up bug.

2nd time it happens to me personally, on freshly spawned stanos no one coulda fucked with. 4th time i've seen it happened.

did you fresh spawn hail him or was he already up? someone could have been trolling your MQ by already turning in the JDD
