Longest Petition Ever.
Hey guys, i don't mean to sound like i'm complaining but holy crap!
I have had a ticket open for about a week or more with no response, i'm not sure if my request is being ignored or if they're just super busy, hell any response would be great! But since i am kinda new here overall, what is the average wait time for a response? My topic is about an IP exemption, considering i have a family member that also wants to play and sharing the hours between the day is a little frustrating lol. | ||

Could take 4 hours or 4 weeks, the server is run by volunteers so they will get to it when they get to it.

dang I opened up a petition ingame and apparently the guide told me he has to wait for the main staff to do it, or something like that. Honestly i wasn't under the impression that doing an IP exemption wasn't all that difficult or time consuming, but i guess i was wrong. I'm just a little frustrated lol, EverCrack addition is kicking in and i can't play near as much as i want to considering i have to share play time with a family member, ugh. | ||

Yeah i have been bumping it everyday, usually twice or so.
Yep i know the rules about multiboxing and i don't wish to do that. I legitimately want to play with a family member, we used to play EQ together years ago and it's frustrating we can't play at the same times, as i said, taking turns is very annoying. IP exemptions are done in batches, so you just gotta be patient. On the bright side, it used to take months and now at worst its a couple weeks.

Pretty sure they say not to bump ip expemtions. That could be your problem.
