their all broken enchanter and shaman , on live no1 ever casted slow in pvp. it would get resisted more then root. here it seems like after the patch that slow lands 1st shot. even with 170 mr. makes 0 sense slow should never land. not even if your naked with tash and malo on you

Hrm, nothing changed in the code regarding slows.

Will ask Nilbog to verify the current PvPSlowResistMod on red live tonight. If that rule got wiped out, that could be causing what we're seeing here.

Slow resist was not changed this patch. It is sticking the exact same as before. It is just being used more now for other reasons.
