Item: Helm of the Tracker

Issue: Currently uses custom helm graphic.

Proposed Resolution: Revert to old plate graphic, add flag to update retroactively with custom helm patch of April 4, 2001. This is not an upgradable or turn in helm. It simply exists, after the patch, as the custom version.

Details and Evidence:
Currently this item is using the custom helm graphic, when it should be a normal plate graphic. Helm of the Tracker is upgraded to the custom graphic in the April 4, 2001 patch at the same time the custom helm NPCs are added to Thurg/Kael/SS.

There is now a new look for this Helm No Longer does it look like the "Oldland Helms"

Although i still think it should look like an Indian HeadDress myself hehe

I was in a GM event today in Kaesora and saw a dark elf (guessing it was guise of the deciever) wearing one, let me just say holy god the helm looks sooo sweet on Darkelves, I'll try to get a screen here asap

- Velious racial plate helm quests have been added that will allow you
to 'trade in' your existing helms for ones with textures. We have
decided to allow the players (or their characters) to chose whether
they wish to have the new helmet textures or to continue to use helmets
that show no graphics.
