Flawless Victory = Rapture = Illuminati = Defiance = RMT farm guild

Finally decided to post a thread after all these years about this shitty group of players now known as Defiance, since they keep coming back every time we think they're finally going to dissolve.

Don't be fooled for a second if you think this is some new guild with new officers. it's the same people. Defiance = Illuminati = Rapture = Flawless Victory. The reason these people keep disbanding and reforming a new guild is because they keep getting caught for RMT and other shitty behavior. It's the shadiest group of assholes on the entire server.

I'm not a crusader against individual players liquidating their shit for RMT. I don't like it and cheer on the bans, but I don't actively speak up about it either. But this is a more heinous scenario, because this small group of players (the guild officers led by RMT king Knightt) are guilty of actively seeking out and recruiting people with the intent to farming raid loot that they can steal and RMT this shit. Wasting the time and effort of players who have no clue what's going on when they join up.

I can personally attest as I was in Flawless Victory (their 1st guild) in the very beginning. I first noticed something was wrong when, after several raids, I noticed that trade-able drops were neither being rolled on nor distributed by the officers. In fact, it was always guild banked. This included MQ's (such as full rogue MQ) even though some players actually needed epics.

In fact, it got so bad that there was one officer (who was apparently not in on it) that was literally screaming in CAPS /shout /ooc /guild "I'D LIKE TO HAVE A ROLL ON EDGE OF THE NIGHTWALKER PLEASE" . . . "CAN PLAYERS PLEASE ROLL" . . . and of course no one was allowed to roll , the item was banked and the officer was kicked out of the guild the next week.

Not gonna write up any more experiences than that. It's already a stretch for me to spend 10 minutes writing this shit, but I thought players prospecting Defiance as a guild should know the history.

TLDR: Guild that banks tradeable loot and MQ, RMT's the shit, 2-boxes and constantly disbands and reforms under a new name. GM's should look hard into these fucks. Players should avoid.

I never post in R&F and I want to avoid drama on my main accounts. I also don't want to reflect poorly on my guild for posting here.

Just have to take it for what it is. Hopefully it will help some prospective players to avoid to joining these guys. Or at least to realize that this post is truth once said new players see MQ's and drops get banked and looted by the core group of officers without roll or consideration of the "fluff" in the guild.

You're assuming I'm still with these people?

I left Flawless Victory like 3 years ago, well before it disbanded on it's own due to the RMT scandal. I left when it was obvious what was going on. Lots of people left.

I'm embarrassed to have ever been a member of that shit-stain, Flawless Victory, so my anonymity is also due to wanting to protect my reputation against even being affiliated with those people. Even though it was so long ago.

I only know what happened in Flawless Victory. It's obvious that most officers and some core members were involved. And those same people continued to be the nucleus of each succeeding reincarnation of the guild. I don't believe these people suddenly had a born-again moment after they were first caught for RMT and became rule-abiding players. Testimony from some of my friends (who stayed in the guild as it continued to reform) pretty much confirms to me that it remained shady as fuck indefinitely.

I don't think you'd be bringing anything negative upon yourself or your guild.

Lol i was an Officer of FV and you're right there was a lot of shady shit that happened hence why i left for FE.. it was hilarious when Knightt acted like anyone was welcome to come and go as they please from his shitty RMT guild but once you left he tried talking mad shit on everyone. I hope finally that he is gone for good.
