P99 not creating a log file

Recently been wanted to access/use my log files for parsing and raid attendance/item tracking, and my EQ is not creating a log file in my directory. I've tried several things including:
Moving EQ to different locations.
Creating my own eqlog file.
Reinstalling P99.

Hopefully it is just an easy fix or something I have looked over. Any suggestions are welcomed and willing to retry anything.

Likely you'll need to turn off read-only settings for your EQ folder, and run EQ as an admin/turn off UAC.

This reset all my UI settings, but fixed my log issue.
