What's funny is when someone sends a message out to /guild instead of /reply or /group and it's a completely filthy "I am going to... to you".

I know people who would intentionally send 'mistells' to guild chat now and then. Usually when guild chat was quiet, and folks were bored, waiting on rez after wipe, while buffing getting ready to kill, etc.

It does have a way of lifting people's spirits, making em laugh, and gets the conversation going again.

One of my favorite intentional /gu mistells is:

Lagaidh tells the guild, "... so I just shoved the nun in the face and took the three dollars. I mean... it's THREE dollars!"

And then not say another word about it.
