Racial sensitivity is at an all time high, anyone who tries to act like something that happened centuries ago and that hasn't been around in decades has an effect on them to this day is a loser. There were some folks in my family killed in the holocaust, I don't whine every time someone makes Holocaust jokes and act like modern day Germans owe me a damn thing. Cause they didn't have shit to do with it and neither did I.

TL DR it's ancient history, get over it or just take the easy way out if you can't handle that shit happens in this world.

Did you not read a single word of American history? When slavery was abolished, it wasn't just fucking fantastic as if everything was great for blacks thereafter. There was the whole thing of equal rights - you know, blacks being systematically oppressed by hate groups, lynchings, segregation, discrimination, etc.

Here in reality - in the world in which we actually live - most African-Americans with grey hair can probably remember a time when they weren't allowed to use a certain bathroom. And holy shit - would you even believe it if I told you racial oppression and discrimination still exist? How many black presidents have we had?

Oh, never mind, go back to telling us how great of a person you are for not being offended by holocaust jokes, before you go back to your hugely privileged white, male, entitled life on perpetual easy mode.

I knew we had some SJWs here on P99. I am a straight, white male. I was born this way(lady gaga). I was born to oppress, right? I live in a home with no plumbing and I have no education outside of my highschool diploma. Race has fucking nothing to do with my current situation. My choices, and my family of birth have everything to do with it.

I have NEVER in my life been in a room full of strangers and have some of them be black, or even gay and would it be comfortable if one of those strangers just started mouthing slurs to a minority in the room. I guarantee you someone would speak up and defend the other(and I fucking live smackdab in the middle of rural west texas).
