shaman epic final turn in requires max faction for the person turning it in (the customer). 33k only covers the turn in and fight force to kill the mob. you would loot the corpse of the final fight and with your max faction shammy you would then turn it in and boom epic.
if you are not max faction, i would recommend Jygia's shammy epic factioning service. its a tad expensive but worth it. max faction in less than 2 hours | ||
