Sektors would go up to some guy sitting on a stoop minding his own business and just whack him in the head with a bat. Quality person.

lol I wouldn't i'm not a violent person but if I was in that guy's shoes and I knew I was going to hurt someone 3 times my size I wouldn't give him a chance to hurt me.
