was i wrong?

dear abby,
the other day i was in a group on my alt-sk in MM, pulling from inside castle to the CE. some guys decided to sit in the foyer, right in the middle of where our mobs pathed outside, and started saying that if we were camped outside the castle that we werent allowed to pull from inside. determining that they were stupid, i continued to pull mobs from the TR, and when they would jump on the other grp i would FD and pull more. i guess eventually they had enough and decided to run for it, training my grp. some of them made it out, where my grp efficiently handled their train.

aside from some explatives exchanged in ooc, thats the jist of the story... but my moral compass is spinning. should i have handled the situation differently, i would like some opinions here pls.

Is CE considered a separate camp from inside castle? This is like that spot between pond and GY, is that an actual camp also? I never did MM

I've never liked that position. Whether camps are officially recognized Bundestag staff or not is irrelevant. Camps are community norms and those who ignore them ought to suffer thebwrath of the community. While your training may have been annunderhanded tactic, unfortunately it is all you could do. They sought to undermine your group when they could have just camped cy (assuming it was open), upstairs, or even the kitchen and then compete with your group for mobs in between. Instead, they elected to assault your group by denying it any xp at all. Your response was appropriate ^^

Having 2 whole groups get shit xp because the newcomers were too lazy to go somewhere else is just illogical.

Let's say you're Brad McQuaid and you've only got enough Norco to get yourself high. Then Smedley shows up and helps himself to half your norco. Now neither of you are high and you have to try to bilk kickstarter money while sober. Fuck that
