That is awesome. I love the youtube commenters saying "this is normal, its how guards get supplies in the tower" uhhhh that would happen from other guards, INSIDE the prison, not some random dude outside, handing up who knows what. *IF* this is normal, thats pretty fail. "Thats like a screen door on a submarine"

I'm sure it was just things like decks of cards, books and maybe a chess set to help pass the time.

Perfect timing by the escapees. Summer time, beautiful weather. The forest has plenty to offer.

Guards are relaxing....

Couple RMT transactions going on. Who's going to care?

Yea I live like 3 or so hours in the vicinity of this shithole

At this point, the police / FBI have literally no idea where they are. First they went north to Canada immediately after escape, then they were holed up in the prison town, then they were in Vermont, then they were back in Upstate NY. Now, supposedly, they're still holed up somewhere in the Adirondack mountains where as state police say "every cabin in the north country contains a shotgun if not multiple firearms."

Take it for what its worth, but some youtube commentor on that video wrote

"That is not only the way keys are passed to the tower officer but that is also the way their lunch is sent to them. No inmates are allowed on the walls."

Whether thats true or not who knows

"Someone sees something that they know nothing about and then tells their version of it as if it were the truth, when in fact they are just trying to start an off the wall conspiracy theory. This is how officers in the pickets (towers) get supplies, lunch, keys, paperwork or anything else they may need in the performance of their duties. The rope is let down on the OUTSIDE of the perimeter because the convicts are on the INSIDE. Only things that used inside the perimeter that convicts could possibly come in contact with are sent through the sallyport to be cleared. In all likelihood the officer in that picket (tower) was being served lunch. He/she was NOT being sent "contraband" as a lot of idiots are trying to claim. "

"ACTUALLY IT'S CALLED A TOWER DROP. THATS HOW GUARDS GET FOOD AND SUPPLIES WHILE IN THE TOWERS. AND ALSO HOW THEY LOWER KEYS TO THEIR RELIEF AT SHIFT CHANGE. I HAVE AN UNCLE WHO WORKS AT A NYS PRISON AND IT'S COMMON PRACTICE"

"DING! DING!: This is how they get the rifles up to the watch/gun towers, similar to what you see in the middle of the wall (upper left of picture). The also make food and necessities deliveries the same way. The guns are switched out at every change of shift. They would never transport them inside the prison. By the way, it's done this way at other prisons as well. They've been taking care of watchtowers this way since before the days of the Roman Empire. It may seem primitive, but this ancient system still works quite well. Your title is a lie, because it's not contraband, moron."

Not saying this is the truth, i dont think it is possible to know for sure, but just showing that the video could very well in fact mean nothing at all
