Graphic only freeze on zoning

Hi all,

Getting a very frustrating, intermittent yet increasingly (almost always now) frequent graphic hang while zoning. The mouse will be movable on the screen after zoning, but the loading graphic will persist. I can use my keyboard and hear my character moving around, and must /sit and /camp desktop to get out. I've reinstalled the client several times, completely nuked graphics card drivers and reinstalled them. Nothing works.

Windows 8.1
i7 4770k
Geforce Titan X
etc

Thoughts? Happens with client and with wineq.

First thing I would do is turn the loading art off, I saw a decent reduction of crashing/hanging while zoning once I changed that.

Other than that it sounds like you are describing what happens to be if I lock my screen or change video modes ie turn on the tv that's plugged into my comp. Never found a way to get the video back without restarting the client.
