Default Halloween Bonus XP
We will be enabling 50% Bonus XP for the Halloween weekend, starting Friday Night at 6 PM* and ending sometime Monday Morning**.

Yeah I'm flying to D.C. and back because the gf wants to attend the Rally for sanity/keep fear alive.
