Maybe I just don't remember. I have seen people make it in barely and then get kicked later b/c they are a huge douche, (Botrainer) but I don't remember a time where the person got a bunch of no votes and didn't make member.

No, honestly he's an example of BDA doing the right thing if anything. We shouldn't have even given him an opportunity to app, but somehow he made it in after 2 extensions.

Oh that was his final straw, his initial infraction was even more absurd.

He was in EC selling jboots, the standard "I have rapier, gold, and AC ring, Hasten is up, price is blah blah" kind of thing. He had somebody lined up to buy it, but some other enterprising jboot farmer undercut his price. So Botrainer got pissy. He got a port to rathe mountains and killed Hasten, then proceeded to kill the PH until he got a Brother to spawn, just because he didn't want the other seller undercutting his jboot sale. All the while the potential client and jboot merchant watched in awe.

Is that really against the rules, though? Sounds more like a turnabout is fair play kind of thing. Especially if he got there first. Nothing stopped the new buyer/seller from killing brother and eventually getting a new hasten to pop.

While I understand our community is tough to play in, people make mistakes, and certain scenarios bring out the worst in people I do not have much sympathy for this gentleman.
