Default Phinny opens tomorrow

Who all is going to play there?
2 boxing, instanced raids, and a fresh even start against everyone else has me hooked.

I started playing on Lockjaw a couple weeks ago and i have to say its been fun. All the people i have run across so far have been friendly and helpful. The game isn't exactly what i remember from live or on p99 but its close and has a lot of changes that make it more enjoyable and less of a time sink.

Live now has porters and boats so if you want to ride a boat you can, if not, port to the other dock. So much nicer than waiting an hour round trip for the boat here on p99.

Group XP bonuses make it so its worth grouping even with a weird group makeup. Not hard to find a group for the most part so far. The xp zones are a little different than p99 but the levels fly by in a good group.

Little differences like chanter short duration mezzes being able to be overwritten by long duration make those shitty pulls more manageable.

New system for spell research and i hate it so far.

I think the only things from the store that work on TLP are things like xp pots but im not sure.

Bot crews seem to exist on Lockjaw but i cant say i have had a bad run in with one yet so i dont know if its really that much of an issue or not.

Hope to see some of you guys there. I will be there as Bethe, Gingyr, Cohmebaby, Shinbane, Milkncookies etc.

Yes, 1 client per pc is my understanding. On live i used to box a cleric/warrior combo with the two pc's in different rooms. I would literally get up and run to the cleric box for a CH. as long as the group knew and understood to not pull aggro too fast it all worked out great. Eventually i got the pc's nearer to each other lol.

lol, I did the exact same thing. Then I bought a 40 foot extension for the keyboard the cleric was attached to.

I did that on live back in the day. 2 separate computers & monitors, one big desk, and 2 sets of keyboards and mice.

Mage + Chanter combo and Warrior + Cleric combo. Was really fun.
