Default Circlet of Shadow - SK

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to figure out at which character level the pre-nerf Circlet of Shadow becomes usable for a Shadow Knight. I can't seem to find that info anywhere else.

I would love to get an answer from an experienced SK.

Thanks alot and cu ingame

Elir

CoS is clickable at level 20 by SKs and necros.

I don't believe the nerf changes the level. It just makes it a 5 second cast, which is mostly junk.

doh... no edit button...

also you can use that 10 level before you get Gather Shadow... which is a great reason to get it, even the nerfed version

Getting a CoS pre-nerf should be the #1 goal of every SK and Necro who does not have one. Farm bone chips, farm FS wepaons in HHK, do SOMETHING, whatever you need to do before its nerfed.

+1.

However, despite its nerf I would not expect the price to be exponentially more expensive due to the number of pre-nerfed CoS in circulation.

I completely agree based on the supply and demand, common sense and economics, but I'm afraid others will jack up the price after the nerf regardless. They'll see the patch and hear "cha-ching!"

True, but I suspect many players have hoarded them on different characters so the price probably will be manageable for awhile... Unless they decide to sell them off over time.

I'm definitely not selling mine. No amount plat will be able to compensate for the utility lost by giving it up. Which, I suppose, will contribute to the price hike. Unlike the beads which are just VERY useful the pre-nerfed CoS adds something irreplaceable to the necro/SK.
