Founy Jestands lower lvl, but still no paper

just trying to confirm if anyone else has gotten the paper off him before I send out a bug report. I wait for months so I can get this needed piece for my epic and now I STILL CAN"T GET IT!

If he's giving out coins, there's a chance he's giving out the parchment.

The only way to really know for sure is to pickpocket him when he spawns, not get there 6-7 Norrathian hours later.

EDIT: Also you'll get the parchment before you pickpocket any coins from him if he has it ^^

the sheer number of rogues waiting for this pickpocket would certainly put a temporary bottleneck up, and very easy to think he's still broken (when the parchment had already been pickpocketed shortly after he repopped for the day).

slightly modified in the interest of accuracy - hopefully people are learning to give way to rogues doing their own epic.

At least the AC campers in OOT make the effort to corpse in the water, sad how blatant it's become.

Not true, got mine long waited parchment on 2nd PP after the first gave me 1pp.

He can also still be assassinated, thats how I did him and only had to wait 6min each try instead of a full game day. Something good came out of getting 60 in the last couple of months I've been waiting to progress further on my epic - though my own guild in Kaladim hates me now [You must be logged in to view images.
