What do you do in the absence of inspiration?

Things I've found that help me find it again:

Lack of sleep
Fasting
Stress
Darkness
Meditation

Other than that, rides on my motorcycle or tracking wild animals through the desert or mountains. When I had my dirt/desert bike, I could do all three at once for super-inspiration power-ups [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
