Default Lost my HD and Titanium

My last HD took a crap so I ended up buying a new computer. No CD Rom on this, running windows 10. Where can I find a digital copy of titanium and will it run OK on windows 10?

Once installed (by whatever means) copy to thumb drive incase some thing happens again. I Have the disks, but it makes it much easier to reinstall.

Really no need for a backup when the files are readily available online from multiple sources.

Having a fresh backup of the EQ folder after you install saves you plenty of time anytime you reformat or need to reinstall. I have backups of the Titanium disc ISO's and my Clean EQ install.
