Former's AfterLife guild leader looking for guild

As the title says, I created the guild After life back in 1999.
As you all know, we were the top server worldwide for years.
Are there any top guilds (besides Awakened) that need my knowledge ?
With me in your guild, we'll show to Awakened how this game works.

With all that "knowledge" can you get variance removed? I don't think any of us care what guild you go to if you can get that done.

Awakened and Aftermath - hardcore batphone raid guilds who will fraps and lawyerquest their way to greatness (their form of raiding is not fun - standard play time for your main is 10 minutes every time something pops and unless you have port abilities, you can't move your raid toon from where they want you to park it).

Rustle - retired hardcore batphone casual something something guild - basically any old Rampage/Awakened members who still want to run around with Hokushin, who's pretty classy for a top raid guild leader even if he didn't retire like he said he would.

Azure Guard, Omni, Europa - Casual Scum Guild alliance, more casual (optional batphone) raiding with a friendlier, less lawyer-questy attitude, full of fun people of all kinds who rarely get into drama. AG puts on open raids occasionally and has assisted in community events as well. (PS: Nemce and Cloki are also classy)

Veloci Shift - smallish casual raiding (I think?), slightly shady leader.

Paradox - up and coming raid noobs who like putting on open raids for other raid noobs/unguilded noobs, an honest bunch.

Fires of Heaven - previously a giant leveling guild, still like that I think, only full of would-be raid noobs. Low end raiding.

Blackheart Pirates and Kittens Who Say Meow - noobier than FoH with a nicer demographic who sometimes make kitty faces =^_^= I believe they do low end raids sometimes.

There are a few other raiding guilds but these are the ones I'm familiar with.
